<p class="p_Normal">If you have found a problem with Beyond Compare, we would like to hear from you!</p>
<p class="p_Normal">From any top-level window, pick <span class="f_Command">Help &gt; Support</span>, and follow the instructions to produce a package containing your program and system settings.  Attach the settings package to an email including a description of the problem and send it to us at <a href="mailto:support@scootersoftware.com" class="weblink">support@scootersoftware.com</a>.</p>
<p class="p_Normal">You may want to include a screenshot that illustrates the problem.  If you do, follow these steps to make one small enough to email:</p>
<p style="text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 24px; margin: 3px 0px 14px 0px;"><span style="font-size:10pt; font-family: 'Verdana';color:#000000;display:inline-block;width:24px;margin-left:-24px">1.</span>Press Alt+PrintScreen to place a snapshot of the current window on the clipboard.</p><p style="text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 24px; margin: 3px 0px 14px 0px;"><span style="font-size:10pt; font-family: 'Verdana';color:#000000;display:inline-block;width:24px;margin-left:-24px">2.</span>Open the Microsoft Paint program (<span class="f_Command">Start &gt; Programs &gt; Accessories &gt; Paint</span>) and press Ctrl+V to paste the image.</p><p style="text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 24px; margin: 3px 0px 14px 0px;"><span style="font-size:10pt; font-family: 'Verdana';color:#000000;display:inline-block;width:24px;margin-left:-24px">3.</span>Select the part of the image that you would like to send.</p><p style="text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 24px; margin: 3px 0px 14px 0px;"><span style="font-size:10pt; font-family: 'Verdana';color:#000000;display:inline-block;width:24px;margin-left:-24px">4.</span>Pick <span class="f_Command">Edit &gt; Copy To</span>, change <span class="f_Command">Save as Type</span> to PNG (*.png) or GIF (*.gif), and enter a filename.  (If PNG and GIF types are not available, select 256 Color Bitmap and compress the image file with a zip utility.)</p><p style="text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 24px; margin: 3px 0px 14px 0px;"><span style="font-size:10pt; font-family: 'Verdana';color:#000000;display:inline-block;width:24px;margin-left:-24px">5.</span>Attach the image file to your email to us.</p>
